CounterpartMatch Workshops


CounterpartMatch workshops are designed to help users become more familiar with the various components of the CounterpartMatch system and with interpreting our reports. All attendees will receive official certification from CounterpartMatch and the time spent training is eligible for consideration for professional development credits for CHRP certification. The workshops are designed for HR professionals who have a background in Recruiting, Personnel Selection, Organizational Development, Leadership and Executive Selection. All attendees will be given a basic report of their own personality and workplace values profiles (a $299 value) and will receive a take home reference guide for CounterpartMatch.

Advanced Certification Course- 1 day

The Advanced Certification course is for professionals who want to take their ability to interpret reports to the next level. You must complete the Basic Certification Course to be eligible for the Advanced Course. Topics include:

  • Understanding Leadership
